Michaelina’s extensive background spans diverse mental health settings, including acute psychiatric care, intensive care units, inpatient facilities, addiction recovery centers, long-term memory care for seniors, veterans’ mental health programs, and outpatient clinics. She is also highly skilled in advanced treatments such as Spravato/ketamine therapy and TMS, addressing severe, treatment-resistant depression, OCD, PTSD, and other complex conditions. She uses innovative treatments and the C.A.R.E & B.A.T.H.E models to empower diverse, underserved patients through assessment, education, and promoting resilience. She collaborates with patients to examine the biological, psychological, cultural, and social factors impacting mental health, employing a holistic and education-focused method to deliver interventions for stress management, crisis assistance, and various issues affecting individuals and families. Lynn, with extensive experience in geriatric medical and mental health nursing, joins the Btwins Mental Health team with a patient-focused commitment to supporting minority ethnic groups and marginalized communities, particularly those facing barriers to accessing mental health care or seeking alternative treatment options. Lynn is passionate about helping people find the assistance they need and finds great joy in witnessing the progress her patients make on their health journeys. “The most fulfilling aspect of being a nurse is the sense of being relied upon,” she expresses. As an administrative nurse at Btwins, Lynn supports mental health providers by assisting patients and families, addressing treatment questions, and fostering a welcoming, compassionate environment.
